The Village Gate Apartments and Strattford Square Apartments are located in Omaha, Nebraska. This two site conversion and renovation project was financed using an insured HUD loan, IRS Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal Home Loan Bank’s Affordable Housing Program funds, and a HUD Interest Reduction Payment (“IRP”) Contract. This 170 unit complex was built in 1970 and renovation of all units was completed in December 2007. Due to financing options, CSDLLC was able to maintain the rent which existed prior to the $11.2 million renovation.
